Go365 encourages healthy activities that keep you moving, learning and socially engaged. Then we celebrate your accomplishments by giving you up to $195 in rewards a year for completing eligible activities like these:

  • Be active—with fitness activities like walking, biking, stretching, working out at home, gardening and more

  • Be social—volunteer, join a book club, take yoga or health education classes

  • Be proactive—protect your health by getting your Annual Wellness Visit and keep up with health screenings

Rewards have no cash value and can only be redeemed in the Go365 Mall. Rewards must be earned and redeemed within the same plan year. Any rewards not redeemed by December 31 will be forfeited.
