Your Privacy

Go365 contacts members through phone, email and U.S. mail. As a member, you can choose your preferred method of communication from your Go365 dashboard.

Our Communication Policies

Go365 will never contact a member and ask for financial information such as bank account numbers. Call the Customer Care number on the back of your member ID card if you receive any suspicious communications from individuals or companies claiming to be Go365 or Humana. Our Customer Care representatives can help you verify the legitimacy of the communication before you give out any information.

If you feel you’ve been the victim of identity theft, file a police report immediately and watch your credit report for problems. For additional information on identity theft, visit the Federal Trade Commission
